A lot of women have found themselves in this sector and have risen to top positions who are doing a great job. Most of the Telecom Companies in Ghana are presently headed by young females and encouraged the ladies not to shy away from the sector but become interested in technology so they could become abreast with the dynamism in the system.

There were other invited guests as mentors to these young ladies and to serve as role models as well. The activities lined up for the celebration included mentoring sessions, talk on career opportunities and preparing for the corporate world among others.
