Mary B. Korpisah is a skilled professional with rich experience developed through many years of consistent practice in Postal Operations, Customer Service and Human Resource Management Administration.
Mary B. Korpisah holds an MSC Economics from the Donetsk State University Ukraine, Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA GH) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana.
Amongst her achievements is the successful set up of the Customer Service Department which led to designated Operator Ghana Post receiving numerous UPU awards, the latest being the EMS Customer Service Award for 2024,2023,2021,2018 and Best Call Centre Award 2017.
She spearheaded the creation of Postal hubs to facilitate the quick delivery of small packets and E-commerce items when she acted as Chief Operations Officer from January 2021 - duly 2022.
The Director of Post at the Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovation (MoCDTI) coordinates between the Ministry and Ghana Post which is the designated Operator and the Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission (PCSRC).
Coordinates between the Ministry and the Universal Postal Union (UPU), which is the primary forum for cooperation between Postal sector players, the Pan African Postal Union (PAPU) and the West African Postal Conference (WAPCO).
Spearheads initiatives aimed at enhancing physical and digital infrastructure and fostering innovation of the Posts.
