Cyber Resilience for Development

The Global Conference on Cyber Capacity Building (#theGC3B) is a first-of-its-kind event to elevate and mainstream cyber resilience and capacity building in the international development agenda. Its theme for 2023 is “Cyber Resilience for Development”, reflecting the key role cyber resilience plays in supporting sustainable development, inclusive economic growth, and social prosperity for all.

The conference will be a forum where all countries, from emerging economies to traditional donor nations, and stakeholders, from international and regional organizations, the private sector, civil society, and academia, can share lessons and shape the future of international cooperation for a safer digital future. Co-organized by the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise, the World Bank, the CyberPeace Institute, the World Economic Forum and hosted by the Government of Ghana, #theGC3B will bring together leaders, decision-makers, and experts from across the globe to energize an actionable dialogue for an effective, sustainable, and inclusive international cooperation for cyber resilient development.
