
The Minister for Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations, Hon. Samuel Nartey George, has highlighted the strong and enduring partnership between Ghana and Spain.
Speaking at the Spain National Day celebration, he emphasized that the friendship between the two nations is rooted in mutual respect, shared values, and a common vision for a peaceful and prosperous world.
Minister George expressed Ghana’s appreciation for Spain’s support in key areas such as sustainable energy, food security, water treatment, and gender equality. He also noted the importance of Spain’s collaboration with Ghana on security issues, particularly in the Gulf of Guinea and the Sahel region.
The Minister emphasized the need for continued cooperation between Ghana and Spain, citing opportunities for trade, investment, and cultural exchange. He also reaffirmed Ghana’s commitment to international law, humanitarian principles, and multilateralism, and expressed support for Spain’s efforts to promote peace and justice globally.
