The exercise forms part of PRCD’s mandate to monitor, assess, and evaluate the performance of Public Relations Officers (PROs) assigned to Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) to ensure effective communication and alignment with government communication standards.
During the visit, Mrs. Hanson and her team interacted with the Chief Director, Mr. Alexander Yaw Arpul, and the Director for General Administration, Mr. Alfred Nortey.
The discussions centred on the Ministry’s communication strategies, coordination between the Ministry and the PR Unit, and ways to strengthen public relations delivery to support the Ministry’s digital transformation agenda. The engagement also provided an opportunity for feedback and recommendations to enhance the visibility and impact of government communication activities.
