The Development Partners (DPs) Secretariat is an administrative and coordination unit situated within the Ministry of Communications, Digital Technology and Innovations (MoCDTI). It serves as the central platform for engagement between the Ministry and Development Partners, providing structure and support for collaborative efforts that advance Ghana's digital transformation agenda. The Secretariat ensures that engagements are harmonized, transparent and aligned with national development goals.
Administers coordination, maintains DP database, manages communications, supports tri-annual meetings with Co-Chair.
Elected annually from DPs, provides leadership, technical support and moderates meetings.
GIZ, World Bank, EU, UNDP, ITU, UNICEF, Tony Blair Institute, Mastercard Foundation, WFP, British High Commission, and others.
MoCDTI ensures DP interventions align with National Digital Policy and government priorities.
