A delegation led by H.E Ambassador of Finland to Ghana, Ms. Leena Pylvanainen on Thursday paid a courtesy call on the Hon. Minister for Communications and Digitalisation, Mrs. Ursula Owusu-Ekuful (MP) in her office in Accra to discuss and identify areas of business for partnership.
The meeting also focused on ways of collaborations in the Telecommunications Infrastructure as well as other digitalisation projects. exchanged ideas on how to enhance connectivity and digital services in Ghana, with a focus on expanding Telecom Infrastructure to reach underserved areas.
Mrs. Ursula Owusu-Ekuful noted that the government through her ministry was committed to building partnership that would accelerate Ghana’s digital transformation agenda, hence, It was expected that the meeting would lead to the implementation of cutting-edge solutions that would benefit both nations, fostering economic growth, innovation, and improved access to digital resources for Ghanaian citizens.
She expressed that both countries recognise the immense potential for growth and development in these sectors and were keen to harness the opportunities presented by advancing technology.
