The Minister for Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations, Hon. Samuel Nartey George (MP), has introduced a new Managing Director and Deputy to the Ghana Post management team, marking the beginning of a new chapter.
The Managing Director is Madam Rita Sraha, with Mr. Stephen Kingsley Bennieh (Esq.) as her deputy.

The goal, according to the Minister, is to transform Ghana Post into a modern, 360-degree government post office, offering a one-stop-shop experience for citizens to access various services, including financial transactions and bill payments.
To achieve this vision, the Minister emphasized the need to integrate all services and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and customer experience. He also challenged the team to shift from working hard to working smart, encouraging innovation and disruption of the status quo. Additionally, the Minister urged the new director to prioritize staff welfare, with a staff Durbar on motivation scheduled to take place within a month.
“I would like to extend a warm welcome and congratulations to the new Managing Director and Deputy,” said Hon. Sam George. “Your leadership and expertise will be invaluable in driving this transformation. I have every confidence that together, we can make Ghana Post a model for innovative and effective public service delivery”.
The Minister also charged Ghana Post to explore and develop a roadmap for a 24-hour economy, to be presented to the Ministry. This new chapter for Ghana Post is expected to bring about significant transformations, making it a model for innovative and effective public service delivery
